3. Product Purchases: We reserve the right to refuse your purchase or cancel your order. The sale and order fulfillment of Dopesneakers products is subject to availability and our discretion to manage inventory. We expressly reserve the right to limit, refuse or reject any sales and orders for reasons including, but not limited to:
- The product you wish to purchase is out of stock;
- Your address, billing information or payment method is incorrect or cannot be verified;
- Your order is flagged as potentially fraudulent by our security system;
- Orders are placed using automated ordering software or technology;
- Your purchase or order exceeds product purchase limits (quantity and/or amount);
- Your account and/or purchase history shows excessive returns and exchanges;
- There is evidence that you are ineligible for the purchase;
- Or if the item you wish to order or purchase contains a typographical error, pricing error or other error or omission.
Dopesneakers will determine whether any of the above events have occurred in its sole discretion.

4. Prices/Payment Methods:
-Payment Methods: Dopesneakers accepts a variety of payment methods at checkout, such as Visa, Master, JCB, AE, Diners Club, Discover, PayPal, Zelle, bank transfer, etc.
-Delivery Process: You pay by credit or debit card. We will deduct the order amount after your order is successfully placed. Within 1-3 working days after the deduction is successful, we will provide you with the quality control chart (QC) of the shoes. After your confirmation, we will arrange for shipment.

5. Currency and Prices: Product prices on the website are in US dollars. If your settlement currency is not US dollars, the system will automatically convert your currency and calculate any possible handling fees based on the real-time exchange rate and the specific regulations of your bank or credit card issuer when you pay. When you make a cross-border transaction, the amount you pay will be slightly higher than the US dollar amount displayed on the website. This is usually due to the handling fees charged by your bank or credit card issuer during the currency conversion process. These fees cover the costs related to transaction processing, currency exchange services, etc., and are not set or controlled by us.

6. Shipping and Delivery: Shipping time is usually 9-12 working days (excluding certain public holidays). Please check promptly upon delivery. If you have any questions, please contact Dopesneakers staff immediately.

7. Force Majeure Event: If there is a threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, epidemic or other natural disaster that affects our performance of our obligations under these terms:
- We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible;
We will suspend the performance of our obligations under these general conditions and will extend the time required to perform our obligations until the time required to resolve the force majeure event.

If the force majeure event affects our delivery of the product to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the force majeure event ends. If a force majeure event occurs and you no longer want us to supply the product, you may cancel your order.
